Ingredients: 1 pork shank Salt Pepper Preparation: 1. Pork knuckle to wash and wipe dry. 2. Season with salt and pepper, boil for 20-30 minutes. 3. Make the skin small incisions. 4. Put in the oven at maximum temperature (220-250 C°) and bake for 1.5-2 hours.
