Pork roasted with spices
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Baking time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
Meat pork — 1 kg
Paprika — 3 teaspoons
Cayenne pepper — 1/2 tsp
Garlic (dried) — 1 tbsp
Oregano (dried) — 1 tsp
Salt — 1/2 tsp
Pepper — 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg — 1/4 tsp.
Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Preheat the oven to 180ᵒ C. Mix all the spices together.
3. Good coat and RUB into meat mixture of spices.
4. Put in a baking pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes (30 minutes per 500 g meat).
5. Remove the meat from the oven and check for readiness. Check for readiness with a special thermometer, inserting it into the meat: the temperature inside the meat should be about 65ᵒ S. Or just cut a bit to the side: the meat should be juicy. Before cutting to serve, allow the meat to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
6. The meat is ready! Serve with any side dish. Also suitable for sandwiches.
