Poppy seed pudding with fruit
For 1 serving
Cottage cheese — 150g
Egg — 1 piece
Honey — 1-2 tablespoons
Mac — 1 tablespoon
Apple — 1 medium (you can use any fruit or berries in season)
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. The cheese beat the egg until smooth. Add honey, poppy seeds and beat again. Apple cut into small pieces and mix with cheese. You can add spices to taste – cinnamon, nutmeg.
Put mixture into a baking dish. If you do not portion, the cooking time will increase. If bake in great shape, it should be lubricated. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. You can also cook in a steamer for 20-25 minutes. Let the casserole cool slightly, and serve, drizzled with the honey or maple syrup.
