Pastry with cabbage


Wheat flour — 400 g
Salt — 1/2 tsp
Butter — 1 tsp.
Water — 150 ml
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
The cabbage — 400 g
Asafoetida — 1/2 tsp
Coriander — 1/2 tsp.
Salt — 1 tsp


1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Preparation of the dough:
Place the flour and salt into a bowl and pour in the melted butter. RUB butter into flour with fingers until the mixture will resemble large bread crumbs. Pour the water and make the dough. 3. Preparing the filling:
Heat the vegetable oil in the pan. Add asafoetida and coriander powder and cook for a few seconds. Then add the cabbage and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add salt for 5 minutes until tender.

4. Divide the dough into small balls with a diameter of 3 cm and roll them in tortillas. In the center of the cakes put the filling, fold three sides to the center and secure, Saipov edge.
