Pancakes Tiramisu


For pancakes:
Flour – 2 cups
Sugar – 2 tablespoons
Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
Soda – 1/2 teaspoon
A pinch of salt
Milk – 1.5 cups
Sour cream – ½ Cup
Egg – 3 PCs
Butter – 4 tablespoons
Vanilla – 2 teaspoons
Espresso – 4 tablespoons

For the cream:
Mascarpone cheese – 125 g
Whipping cream – 1 Cup
Sugar – 2 tablespoons


Cream. All the ingredients for the cream whisk until the air peaks. Put in the fridge.
Pancakes. In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda and salt. In a separate bowl, mix milk and sour cream until smooth. Add espresso, beat eggs, melted butter and vanilla. Mix milk mixture with dry ingredients and make sure not to leave lumps. If the dough is too liquid, add another spoon or 2 flour. Heat a skillet and fry in butter pancakes.Put the finished pancakes on a plate. Between each pancake, apply the cream. Then put the remaining cream and lightly sprinkle cocoa. Refrigerate before serving.
