Mind-blowing cake with pears and chocolate



Eggs, room temperature — 2 PCs.
Sugar — 120 g
Vanilla stick — 1/2
Kefir — 105 g
Potato starch 20 g
Butter, softened — 115 g
Flour — 240 g
Baking powder — 5 g
Sweet pea — 2 PCs.
Dark chocolate — 70 g


Dark chocolate 90 g
Heavy cream — 80 g
Vanilla extract — 1 tsp


1. Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla seeds.
2. Add softened butter and beat. Pour in the buttermilk, whisk. The texture is not very presentable.
