Milk halwa

Offer to cook interesting and delicious halva with milk.

-butter 125 gr
-wheat flour 125 gr
-sugar 200 gr
-milk 500 ml

Butter to melt on low heat. Add the flour and fry stirring thoroughly, until cream color. Milk bring to boil with sugar. Pour hot milk in a thin stream, portioned in hot flour, stirring constantly. Cook another 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Slightly cooled mass (weight will be like clay) was rolled into small balls, you can roll them in chopped nuts, coconut chips, cookies, etc.
At night put it in the fridge, BUT very tasty both warm and cold milk halwa.
