Dairy dietary dessert is prepared quickly and simply, and the result is a real treat for children and adults. It’s delicious and, most importantly, natural, milk souffle, which can serve not only as dessert: delicious to add a couple of spoons of this souffle in a Cup of coffee — it turns out almost iced coffee.
My friend, whose often sick grandchildren, makes this souffle and calls it «warm ice cream» — Yes, Yes, don’t be surprised, it tastes like cream. And this despite the fact that it consists of yogurt and sour cream!!! Very interesting recipe: try this souffle, not everyone can understand that it kind of yogurt. So, let’s start.
Ingredients: kefir (or yogurt) — 0.5 l, low-fat sour cream — 1/3 Cup sugar — 1/4 — 1/2 Cup gelatin — 1 tbsp, vanilla sugar — 0.5 sachet.
Preparation: gelatin soaked in a little water and after swelling heated with constant stirring to a high temperature, but do not boil. Then put it to cool. Combine yogurt, sour cream, sugar (plain and vanilla) and beat them with a mixer for about 3 minutes. Not stopping to whisk, pour in the milk mass is cooled gelatin and continue whisking for another 3 minutes. Immediately pour the resulting mixture into glasses, vases or tins and put them in the refrigerator until firm (usually 2-4 hours).
Ready dessert then you can decorate at its discretion, berries, nuts, grated chocolate and serve dessert to the table. You can also slightly reduce the amount of yogurt and add any natural fruit juice, without changing the total amount of liquid. Then get berry-milk souffle.
Really, really love this recipe! From very ordinary products turns out real yummy. The first time it is better to add 0.5 cups of sugar to appreciate the taste of the dessert — it will not be too sweet, I add 1/3 Cup of sugar makes a slightly sweet taste, which actually resembles the taste of ice cream sundae or creme brulee depending on whether you are using yogurt (cream) or fermented baked milk (cream brulee).
Surprising: when added to coffee souffle continues to behave like ice cream, although included in the kefir needs to fold and form flakes. This is not happening. And only drinking coffee in the Cup is detected very small amount of coagulated dessert.
The recipe is good, of course, for children who do not like healthy dairy products. Clean the cooking takes very little — no more than 10 minutes, but it’s nice to surprise your loved ones!
