Meat loaf


Ground pork — 450 g
Minced beef — 450 g
Broth — 100 ml
Chicken eggs — 2 PCs.
Cheese grated — 100 g
Bay leaf — 1 PC.
Garlic — 1 clove
Olive oil — 30 ml
Bread crumbs or breadcrumbs — 70 g
The mixture of Italian herbs — to taste
Salt — to taste
The mixture of peppers — to taste


1. Make the minced pork and beef.
2. Mix pork and beef mince.
3. Add bread crumbs or crackers.
4. Add all spices, garlic.
5. Beat in the minced eggs.
6. Add the grated cheese.
7. Pour in the broth and knead the dough well with your hands.
8. Grease loaf pan with olive oil, spread the stuffing in the prepared pan, level the top and put a few Bay leaves.
9. Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 1 hour. Meat loaf can be served both hot and cold.Mitlof-or-Meat-loaf
