You will need:
– yoghurt 120 g
– walnuts 30 g
– honey 50 g
1. To prepare this dessert, we need all of the above ingredients.
2. To start cooking we need to prepare the yogurt, it will require us. Heat the milk to the point of boiling but do not boil. Allow to cool to room temperature. Add to hot milk yeast. This Georgian yogurt recipe suggests using as a starter the yogurt. But if not, then you can take sour cream or fat yogurt: half a litre of milk – a tablespoon of sour cream. Mix thoroughly, cover with a clean gauze for 3-4 hours to put in a dark place, wrapped in a blanket (you can use a thermos). Do not shake and do not touch. It is important to observe the time of ripening if it is reduced, the yogurt will be watery, and if the milk with the leaven “perestoit”, is too acidic. Put into the refrigerator for 8 hours. Yogurt is ready, remove from refrigerator.
3. While the process of making yogurt, take the walnuts and finely chop.
4. Walnut will posipen on pre-lined yogurt in a bowl.
5. Pour honey.
6. Decorate a black walnut.
