Light salad with avocado

Just 3 ingredients, and how many colors! I’m not talking about taste. This salad is the ideal take on the role of side dish, such as meat.

Ingredients:

Tomato — 1 PC.
Sweet yellow pepper — 1/2 PCs.
Avocado — 1/2
Soy sauce — 2 tbsp
Olive oil — 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1. Chop the garlic and tomato just for small pieces.
2. Cut avocado, remove it and cut into small pieces.
3. As dressings use soy sauce and olive oil. Carefully whisk them and add to the salad. Mix.light-salad-with-avocado
