Egg — 1 PC.
Water — 50-100 ml.
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp
Flour — 2 cups.
Minced meat (any) — 400 g
Potatoes — 1 PC.
Onions — 2 PCs.
Carrots — 2 PCs.
Spices — as desired.
Salt — to taste.

Method of preparation:

Step 1 Making ravioli dough — mix water, egg, vegetable oil, salt. Add flour and zamesit dough, which let rest until prepare the filling.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion.
Step 3 Carrots to rub on a large grater. Fry together with the onion.
Step 4 In the minced meat, add spices, salt, grate the potato.
Step 5 Thinly roll out the dough, put the minced meat, carrots and onions. Fold in a tight roll, put on oiled steamer. In water add Bay leaf, allspice and a little salt. Cook for about 40 minutes. Put in a dish, pour over melted butter. Garnish with parsley.
