Julien the scones
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Mushrooms 300 g
Minced pig beef 400 g
Cream 10% 150 ml
Cheese for sandwiches 3 plates
Rolls 6 pieces
1. From biscuits to scoop out the flesh to form the calyx.
2. Saute the onion with mushrooms and cream. Add salt and seasoning to taste.
3. Separately sauté until cooked mince.
4. Mix together roasted beef and creamy mushroom mass. The resulting mixture stuff the rolls and put into a form. Cover with cheese buns for sandwiches.
