Jay – fried pork


Pork — 500 g
Potato starch — 2 tablespoons
Water — 4 tbsp.
Soy sauce — 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil — 4 tbsp.
Salt, pepper — to taste.

Method of preparation:

Step 1 Slice the meat in small cubes. The pieces of meat a little salt and pepper.
Step 2 In cold water to dissolve starch. Add the soy sauce.
