Italian pies with ricotta

Ingredients:

Puff pastry — 500-700 g
Ricotta 300 g
Tomato — 1 PC.
Basil — bunch
Salt, pepper — to taste

Preparation:

1. Chop the tomato into small squares.
2. Mix chopped tomatoes and Basil, add salt, pepper, a mixture of Italian herbs (if desired). Add the ricotta.

3. Cut the dough into squares and coat with egg yolk.
4. On each square of dough put 1 tbsp filling and fasten edges.
5. Bake Italian pies in preheated oven at t 200 degrees for about 20 -25 minutes.italian-pies-with-ricotta
