Nectarines, halved, pitted — 4 PCs.
Honey — ¼ Cup
Vanilla ice cream — 0.5 kg
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Grease the grill grate with oil. Pour over the nectarines with honey. Bake the fruit on the grill, occasionally turning them until, until you see the stripes from the grill (about 4-5 min). Fruit should be a little softer than before baking.
3. Put the two halves of the nectarines on a plate and add vanilla ice cream on top.
4. Serve immediately.
Tip: do not repeat our mistake and don’t try to bake nectarines, holding them between the halves of the grid for barbecue, if you do not want to eat crushed overheated fruit.
