Herring — 1 PC
Carrot — 1 PC
Garlic: 1-2 cloves
Green onion: 1-2 sprigs
Olive oil: 50 ml
Capers — 1 tbsp
The Apple — 1 piece
Potatoes: 3-4 pieces
Parsley 3-4 sprigs
Spices: salt, pepper, curry
Herring fillet cut into pieces of a width of 6-8 mm.
Carrot peel and cut into medium-sized cubes. Saute carrots in 1 tbsp olive oil until soft.
Green onions — just feathers, finely chop. Also chop the parsley.
The potato bake. Or boil in their skins. Cool and clean. Each potato cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices
Apple peel and cut into thin slices. Pour the Apple pieces 1 tsp lemon juice and mix. This prevents oxidation of the apples due to oxidation.
In large bowl, combine the potatoes, herring, carrots, capers. Add salt and stir.
Add the chopped apples, parsley and green onions. Pepper black ground pepper.
In a mortar grind the cloves, add the mixture of curry on the tip of a knife. Pour into a mortar olive oil and grind until a homogeneous mass. Pour dressing to salad and mix.
Place the salad in the fridge for a couple hours to steep and salad soaked with dressing.
