Mushrooms — 200 g Ham — 200 g Cheese — 100 g Mayonnaise — 1 tbsp Salt — 1/4 tsp Salad (any) — 10 leaves Olives — 50 g
1. Boil the mushrooms for 15 minutes in salted water, cool them and slice finely. 2. Ham cut into thin slices. 3. Cheese grate on a fine grater and mix in a bowl with mayonnaise and mushrooms. 4. Teaspoon put the cheese-mushroom weight on the slices of ham and twist rolls. Put into serving dish on lettuce leaves, garnish with olives or olives. So the rolls stay together, bind them together using a toothpick or decorative skewer.
