Hake baked with vegetables
Ingredients:
Fillet of hake 400 grams
Onion 1 piece
Carrot 1 piece
Potato 4 pieces
The juice of half a lemon
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Red chili pepper 1 piece
Green Basil 4 sprigs
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon juice.
Hake fillet, pour the sauce and pepper both sides and leave for 10 min.
Onions, carrots, potatoes, chili pepper cut into thin half-rings. Finely chop the Basil. Divide the vegetables into 4 parts.
On a large sheet of parchment, put layers of potatoes, chili peppers, onions, carrots, Basil, drizzle with oil and place on top of filet of hake. Wrap a sheet of parchment to make an envelope. Prepare thus each fillet.
Place the envelopes on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated 180 °C oven for 20 min. Carefully remove the pan, put the envelopes on the plate, cut the top, open edge and garnish with Basil.
