Ingredients for 1 serving:
1 tsp grated root ginger
a slice of lemon
1-2 tsp. honey
Cup of boiling water
1. Teaspoon minced fresh ginger root, pour a glass of boiling water when the tea has cooled to about 40 degrees — add a teaspoon of honey and a lemon slice. This drink includes three flavors — spicy, sour and sweet and shows those with all the body flows slowly and only fat accumulates quickly.
