Ginger drink
Nothing helps me during the autumn-winter Blues, support during illness and not warm in the cold season as ginger homemade drink. When I feel that the immune system goes to zero (and I was told that even after a month of illness I’m open to all ills), I immediately make myself this simple mixture. The ingredients of the drink are available on every corner, cooking takes 3-5 minutes, and the resulting mixture can be stored at home can be put aside in a jar and use on the job.
You will need 1 lemon, 1 ginger root, honey and a mixer/blender. I usually put half a lemon, because a higher content of acid my stomach does not digest. 1 ginger root (as the first picture) I severe enough to light the severity of the drink (in moderation).
If you don’t like spicy, then you need to put a little less. Honey I put 3 large tablespoons. Honey produced my uncle, for me there is nothing better during the illness and in the winter I consume it 3-liter jars.
After processing you get somewhere Cup here so cheerful slurry. Its better to keep it in the fridge to not get down.
How it is used? You put 2-3 teaspoons in a Cup, pour boiling water, add honey to taste and drink :)) Turns warming, reminiscent of lemonade, liquid with a mild sharpness.
