Gentle roll with sour cream and berries
140 g plain flour
160 g of sugar
3 medium eggs
3 tablespoons of your favorite honey
1 tsp. baking powder
500 g of fat sour cream
125 g of sugar
fresh berries, mint leaves
a piece of dark chocolate for decoration
1.Thoroughly mix sour cream with sugar, place in the fridge.
2.If you are pressed for time, send in a bowl the eggs, sugar and honey, whisk thoroughly.
After you add the flour and baking powder, stir until smooth.
However, if time allows… Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the eggs separately —
yolks with honey and sugar, and the whites with a pinch of salt until the air peaks.
Add the flour into the beaten egg yolk, and then gently combine with the protein.
Stir with a spatula from the bottom up, so the squirrels are not much settled. With this approach to the case the baking powder is not needed
3.Preheat the oven to 180°, we’ll be paving the baking tray with baking paper or a special Mat.
Now it is important to evenly distribute the dough as the dough will form and baked.
Cast up with a spatula, leaving the edges more of a test than in the middle.

4. Now we need to act quickly, while the loaf is still hot enough to break down.
If you want a smooth roll, then flip the loaf on the table and remove the paper/Mat, using his shovel.
If you want a «fluffy» texture, that turn is not turning.
5.First soak the roll cream, leave 1/4 of the cream for decoration. Allow the cream to soak in for a minute.
Prepare the filling, wash and dry the berries. Evenly lay out the berries on the dough.
