500 grams fish fillet (any of your choice)
seasoning for fish (optional)
For the batter:
3 chicken eggs
150-200 g sifted flour
200 ml of milk
spices to taste
Fish fillet wash, cut into pieces of medium size. Season with salt and pepper, and season with spices.
While fish is brewing, prepare the batter. Whisk the eggs, add salt, pour in the milk, stir. Then gradually add the flour, constantly stirring the batter. Make sure to avoid lumps.
