Fragrant-air orange scones

The buns are cooked very simply and quickly! Butter, light are. Very flavorful and super air!


300 gr of flour
20 gr oil drain
1/2 Cup warm water
1 egg
2 teaspoon dry yeast
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp sugar
zest of one large orange(or 2 medium)
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar powder
30 gr oil drain
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp sugar powder+2 tbsp orange juice


In warm water dissolve the yeast,there is the egg,melted drain the oil,sugar,salt,zest half of the orange,orange juice and stir. Pour the sifted flour and knead(with a mixer) dough. It will remain sticky. Cover and for 15 minutes in a warm place. I put in a large bowl with hot water.

Roll out(better zastelil top film) the dough on a floured surface,~1 cm thick in a rectangle,the size of~30/40.Mix 30 g melted oil drain+zest of half orange+2 tbsp orange juice. This mixture evenly on top of dough, sprinkle with powdered sugar(1 tbsp) and roll the roller.

Divide into 12 parts-rolls and spread in the form(I have a round 28cm),at a distance from each other-rolls will greatly increase in volume.
Cover and let stand in a warm place for another 20-30 minutes
Bake minutes 30,180″
Mix 2 tbsp sugar powder+2 tbsp orange juice and this glaze to lubricate the surface of the rolls.

I love the buns on top, pour more cream:100 g bring to a boil+1 h l mount sakh powder+few drops of orange essence.fragrant-air-orange-scones
