Fluffy pancakes on kefir without eggs.
I often bake your household all sorts of pancakes. They particularly like fluffy pancakes. So I want to share a good recipe of delicious, lush fritters cooked in yogurt without adding eggs. This time I decided to experiment and added to the batter the lemon. Taste and aroma were simply amazing. Delicate, airy with a slightly sour pancakes can be served with sweet sauce or sour cream.
To prepare magnificent pancakes on kefir without eggs, we need:
kefir – 300 ml;
wheat flour – 450 g;
soda – 1 tsp.;
lemon – 1 PC. (optional);
sugar – 5-6 tbsp;
vegetable oil for frying.

Kefir pour into a bowl, add soda, stir and leave for 5 minutes. Lemon wash and pour over boiling water. Remove the lemon zest and then squeeze out the lemon juice. Add the zest, lemon juice and sugar in the yogurt, a little stir. On the surface of the kefir will be a magnificent hat of bubbles – this is normal.
Then add the sifted flour.
The resulting mass is thoroughly mixed with a silicone spatula or spoon. The batter should be airy and smooth.
The pan heat and add vegetable oil. Spread 1 tablespoon of the dough. Bake cakes until Golden brown on both sides.
Fritters cooked in yogurt without adding eggs get very fluffy and do not fall once cooled. Sour cream, syrup will be a great addition to this Aladushkin. Bon appetit!
