Fish soup of trout with prawns

Ingredients:

Trout — 500 g
Potatoes — 2 PCs.
Onion — 1 PC.
Carrot — 1 PC.
Bay leaf — 2 PCs.
Shrimp — 10 PCs.
Lemon — 1 PC.
Salt, pepper — to taste.

Method of preparation:

Step 1 Boil 2 liters of water. When it boils add salt and pepper water put in the water Bay of foxes and a few peppercorns.
Step 2 wash the Fish cut into pieces.
Step 3 Potatoes, carrots and onion peel and cut into small squares.
Step 4 In boiling water, drop the prepared fish and cook until done. Then remove with a slotted spoon and set aside, also remove Bay leaf.
Step 5 Put in a pot prepared vegetables and cook until tender.
Step 6 How vegetables are tender, return the fish to the pan, add the peeled shrimp and cook all together for 5 minutes.
