Fish fried in batter

Ingredients:

Fish fillets — 500 g
Salt
Pepper
Spices to taste
Vegetable oil
Batter:
Eggs — 3
Milk — 200 ml
Flour — 200 g
Salt

Method of preparation:

Step 1 Cut fish in small pieces.
Step 2 Add spices, season with salt and pepper and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 3 For the batter, whisk the egg with salt, add the milk and stir.
Step 4 Add the flour and stir.
Step 5 Dip in batter fish pieces.
Step 6 In a pan in plenty of oil to fry on both sides for 7 minutes until Golden brown.
Step 7 it is Better to fry in small portions, so the fish pieces don’t stick.
