Fish baked in egg with mayonnaise
1. Fish fillet wash, dry it, if there is a bone — better to cut them.
(D. CL. used fish Tilapia — ready fillet is sold almost everywhere, costs about 140-170 p/kg)
2. Lay the fillets on the pan, greased with oil, season with salt and sprinkle with spices.
3. Prepare the sauce:
Break into a bowl 4 eggs, green onion crumble and add 2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise (any). Mix.
4. Pour the sauce into the pan with the fish, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in oven for 20 minutes.
