Finnish salmon soup and potatoes
— 1 large onion
— 500 gr salmon fillet
— 5-6 potatoes
— 750 ml fish stock
— 100 ml double cream
— a bunch of dill
— seasoning, salt, pepper
— a piece of butter
1. In a saucepan with a thick bottom sauté chopped onion.
2. Add the potatoes and continue to cook for about ten minutes. Season with salt and pepper, pour the fish broth. Boil the potatoes until cooked, add the salmon fillet, cut into small pieces, boil for another 3 minutes.
3. Pour the cream, add chopped dill, butter, bring to a boil and turn off.
