-Mackerel — 2 PCs
-Egg — 1 PC
-Salt to taste
-Sour cream — 2 tbsp
-Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
-Pepper to taste
How to prepare:
1. The fish is washed, make an incision on the abdomen. Remove bones and spine, neatly cutting off the flesh with a knife. To remove the thin skin covering the fish and gently cut off the dorsal fins so that the fins remained interconnected. Again rinse well
2. Salt and pepper on both sides. To grease with sour cream and leave for 20 minutes.
