Fettuccine with smoked salmon
Ingredients 2 servings:
Salmon fillet 350 g
Fettuccine pasta 4 pieces
Carrot 1 piece
Bulgarian pepper-1 piece
Onion ½ pieces
Beans green peppers 50 g
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Teriyaki sauce 2 teaspoons
Basil a pinch
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
Black pepper allspice pinch of ground
1 garlic clove
Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Salmon cut into cubes, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Onions, carrots and peppers cut into sticks. Green beans, rinse with cold water.
3. In a pan in vegetable oil fry the carrot, onion, bell pepper and green beans with the addition of garlic cloves. Vegetables drizzle with soy sauce. Fry for about 15 minutes.
4. To cooked vegetables add salmon, previously having taken out of them with a clove of garlic. Sprinkle with dry Basil and drizzle with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Cook until ready (about 15 minutes).
5. Boil fettuccine.
6. On a plate put fettuccine, arrange the fish and vegetables.
