Eggs stuffed with tuna and greens


Hard-boiled eggs — 6 PCs.
A can of tuna, drained1 item
Grated small onion — 1/2 PC.
Grated carrots20-25 g
Parsley, finely chop
Freshly squeezed lemon juice — 1 tbsp
Corn, for decoration


1. In a medium bowl combine tuna, lemon juice, parsley and grated carrots and onions.
2. Scrape the yolk from the protein and stuff each half with a spoon tuna mixture.
Garnish with parsley and corn.eggs-stuffed-with-tuna-and-greens
