I have a home stand mixer, I used it and a nozzle in the form of a hook, if not, you can knead the dough using a wooden spoon, and then just hands.
1. Then using any nozzle cream pastry bag and stuff the jam donuts. Top can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or fine sugar.
