Low-fat cottage cheese — 400 g;
The 1% fat milk — 100 g;
Honey — 20 g;
Food gelatin — 15 g;
Cocoa powder — 50 g;
Method of preparation:
15 g gelatine soaked a glass of water for 30 minutes Then drain the water from the swollen gelatin (if they stay). Put on low heat, add milk, cottage cheese, cocoa and honey. Mix everything in a blender until smooth. Fill in the form and place it in the cold until hardens.
