Dessert of autumn fuchow with mascarpone and mango

Number of servings to 4 servings


1/2 ripe mango medium size
2 medium Apple
1 pear
the juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp of powdered sugar

For the cream:

250 g mascarpone
2 tbsp of powdered sugar
100 ml double cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
mint and balsamic cream for serving (optional)


1. Fruit cut into small dice, place in a bowl and pour the lemon juice to the pears and apples are not darkened. Add the powdered sugar and stir.
2. Make the filling. To do this, mix the mascarpone with the cream, icing sugar and lemon juice until smooth (I do this with a rubber spatula, but you can whisk).
