Dessert chocolate “kiss”


1 – 1.5 tiles of dark chocolate 1 teaspoon instant coffee 2 tablespoons hot water 4 egg whites, pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.



1-1,5 tiles of dark chocolate melt in a water bath, add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee with 2 tablespoons hot water, stir well. While a little cool down, whip the chilled 4 egg whites with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to a foam. Gradually, with a wooden spoon to mix the whites with the chocolate from the bottom up. Put in molds (vases) and put to harden in the fridge overnight.
