Cutlets from minced chicken with cabbage stewed in tomato sauce
Minced chicken (better half — fillet of chicken + Red) — 350 g;
White cabbage (chopped) — 70-80 g;
Egg — 1 pc;
Baton white — 3 scrap .;
Salt, sugar, spices, black pepper (to taste);
Semolina — 2 tbsp .;
Fresh tomatoes — 2 pieces;
Onions (in minced — 1 pc in gravy — 0.5 pc) — 1.5 pc;
Tomato paste — 1 tbsp .;
Water (or broth) — 250 ml;
Bay leaf — 2 pieces;
Garlic — 2 tooth .;
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Flour (for breading);
Cook beef, chicken meat twisted in a meat grinder with onions.
Finely chop the cabbage, then chopped, a little salt and mash your hands. Add cabbage stuffing. Season with salt, sprinkle with pepper and spices.
Good stuffing mix, add egg.
Also added to the minced meat and semolina soaked in milk or water and pressed loaf. Once again, stuffing mix thoroughly.
