Cordon Bleu with mixed salad

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet — 200 g
Flour — 100 g
Bacon — 20g
Mozzarella — 30 g
Ham — 5 g
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Salad mix — 45g
Tomatoes — 50 g
Olive oil — 15 g
Vegetable oil — for frying
Rusk bread — 100g
Parmesan cheese — 1 tablespoon

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
