2 cups milk
110 grams of chocolate
3 strips orange zest 2 cm
1/2 tsp instant coffee
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Mix milk, chocolate (bitter or semi-sweet), orange zest, coffee, and nutmeg in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Heat on low heat to melt chocolate. Then increase the heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and whisk until the foam. Return to the heat and bring to a boil again. Remove from heat and beat to a foam. Repeat the heat and whisk again (for a total of three times). Remove the orange zest.
You can cook for 2 hours before serving and leave at room temperature. But before ready to serve, bring to a boil, remove from heat and whisk until stiff. Pour hot chocolate into mugs. Get 2 servings.
