Coffee cake

Ingredients:

Wheat flour — 2 cups
Sugar — 0, 75 tsp.
Margarine — 150 g
Eggs — 3 PCs.
Coffee freshly brewed — 0, 5 cups
Cinnamon — 1 tsp.
Ground nutmeg — 0, 5 tsp.
Baking powder — 2 tsp

Preparation:

1. Melted margarine, mix with sugar and eggs.
2. Add gradually the flour with the baking powder (can be substituted with 0.5 teaspoon of hydrated soda), food flavours and strong coffee (2 teaspoons in half a glass of boiling water).
3. Put the dough in the form, lubricated with oil, bake for 40-45 minutes, warming up the oven to 180 degrees.coffee-cake
