Chocolate hazelnut toffee
Sweetened condensed milk – 1 Bank.
Nuts (walnuts) – 100 gr.
Sugar 175 gr.
Butter – 60 g.
Cocoa 5 tbsp.
Nuts are chopped into pieces and dry on a dry pan.
In a small saucepan, mix the condensed milk with cocoa.
Pour the condensed milk, sugar and nuts, mix well.
Cook the mixture on low heat for about 15 minutes until you begin to fall behind the walls of the pan.
Short form (tray) covered with foil, grease with butter and pour in the hot chocolate mixture.
Cool slightly future toffee and put it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Frozen briquette removing from pan and remove foil.
Cut into small candy-toffee and serve.
