Chocolate cake with peaches

Ingredients:

flour 200 gr
butter 100 g
cold water ~2 tbsp
sugar powder 30 g
egg 1 PC
pinch of salt
dark chocolate 100 gr
butter 100 g
sugar 100 gr
flour 120 gr
eggs 2 PCs
baking powder 1 teaspoon
vanilla 2 drops
peaches 800 g

Preparation:

Sift the flour with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Butter cut into cubes and mix with sifted flour until crumbs form. Beat egg. Quickly knead the dough, adding a little egg and water. Roll out,transfer in form 26 cm, making high sides (about 4-5 cm) and put on 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

In a water bath to melt the butter and chocolate,add sugar,stir and cool.
Mix sifted flour,baking powder,eggs,vanilla and chocolate mixture. Place the light dough into the form,distribute the peaches on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the dough for 35 minutes Readiness check with a wooden stick. If dry — ready.chocolate-cake-with-peaches
