CHOCOLATE CAKE COOKIE
INGREDIENTS:
● 220 g biscuits
● 220 g of bitter chocolate
● 160 ml whipping cream
● 2 tablespoons of butter
Glaze:
● 110 g of bitter chocolate
● 80 ml whipping cream
● 1 tablespoon of butter
PREPARATION:
The form for the cake cover with foil. Brush with melted butter. Cookies cracked. In a bowl put chocolate. Butter and cream put on fire, melt and bring to a boil. This mixture pour over chocolate and stir until smooth. To chocolate mixture add the mangled biscuits and mix gently. Put the mixture into the prepared form. Place the mold in the freezer for 3 hours before hardening. Remove the cake from the mold and place on a plate. Discard the foil. In a small saucepan also boil, stirring cream and butter, and also pour the chocolate mixture. Uniform glaze pour over cake, and spread it across the surface
