CHOCOLATE COFFEE PANCAKES
Plump, porous pancakes with a rich chocolate flavor and a slightly perceptible hint of coffee! These pancakes are perfect to serve with condensed milk, syrup, as they gratefully soak up all those yummy sweet sauces and give in return a mouthwatering gastronomic delight! Of these pancakes is quite possible to prepare a mini-cake as they come out plump, lush! Try definitely, recommend!
2,5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp freshly ground coffee
5 tbsp sunflower oil
350 ml of milk
9 tbsp flour
3 tbsp. sugar
0.5 tsp. soda
To prepare chocolate-coffee pancakes we will need the following products: cocoa powder, ground coffee, sugar, eggs, wheat flour, baking soda, milk, refined sunflower oil.
100 ml of milk add freshly ground coffee, put on fire, allow the milk to boil and proverjaem 1 minute. Next coffee milk filtered through a strainer — separated the resulting coffee milk pour in the remaining milk.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, cocoa powder and sugar.
Carefully blend with a whisk.
Add flour mixed with soda. Knead thoroughly, just lightly stir if possible, since the mass at this stage is thick.
Enter the milk. Knead the dough until pancake consistency, no lumps.
Pour in the chocolate batter, sunflower refined oil, stir again.
Here is we get the chocolate dough.
Fry the pancakes on medium heat. Pour into the pan a little less than a ladle of the test, once the pancake is covered with bubbles and browned on the bottom side — turn, bring to readiness the other side.
