Chicken rolls with mushrooms

Take chicken thighs and separate the flesh from the bones. Cut the straw mushrooms. Finely chop the onions. Mushrooms first simmer under a cover in its own juice, when the juice has evaporated, add the oil and onions.
Slightly saute the onions until tender (do not fry), at the end add the grated cheese «Gouda». Spread the mushroom stuffing in a bowl and allow to cool. Chicken salt and pepper on both sides. Spread a spoon of the mushroom minced meat on the carcass (carcass is put skin side down) and fold the roll. Wrap roll durable thread.
Put the finished rolls on a greased baking sheet and put in preheated oven, cooked for about an hour (depending on size purchased legs). With the finished rolls remove the thread can be cut into 2-3 parts, as the rolls are large.
