Chicken roll stuffed with cheese, bacon and pepper

— 3 chicken Breasts
— 6 slices of bacon, prosciutto or ham
— 6 thin slices of cheese
— 90 grams blue cheese
— 1 red pepper
— 1 green pepper
— pinch of salt
— olive oil

1. Rinse chicken Breasts and how to beat with two sides
2. One chicken breast to put 2 slices prosciutto or bacon, or ham
3. Put two slices of cheese
4. Red and green peppers cut into thin strips
5. Then put blue cheese
6. And stop julienne red and green peppers
7. Collapse all in a roll
8. Secure with toothpicks
9. Repeat with the remaining 2 Breasts
10. Grease the rolls with olive oil
11. Sprinkle with salt
12. Put in a baking dish
13. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes or until Golden brown
