Chicken fillet — 500 g
Egg — 1 PC
Salt, pepper — to taste
Dry (or fresh) herbs (we have dill)
For the filling:
Bulgarian pepper — 2 PCs
Tomato — 1/2 piece
Cheese — 100 g (from Russia)
Green onions — 10 g
For the sauce:
Tomato paste — 200 g
Garlic — 7 g
Natural yogurt — 2 tbsp
Mustard — to taste
Salt — 1/2 tsp
For «test: the chicken breast with egg grind in a blender, add spices, mix well. Evenly distribute chicken on the weight of the baking paper, moisten hands in cold water.
Preheat the oven to 180C and send it to the «dough» for 18-20 minutes. Give the «cake» to dry a little.
For the sauce: tomato paste, mix with spices, yogurt and mustard.
For the filling: cut peppers, cheese and green onions, mix well.
«Cake» get it out of the oven, spread with sauce, put on top of the filling.
Again put the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes before baking.
Before serving, grate cheese on top and leave in the oven for 1 minute.
