Chicken meatballs with cream sauce


Chicken mince — 500 g
Cream Cheese — 150 g
Eggs — 1 pc.
Onions — 1 pc.
Cream 10% — 250 g
Flour — 1 tbsp
Butter — 1 tbsp
Salt, pepper, herbs — to taste


1. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Greens finely crumble. Chicken mince, mix with cream cheese, eggs, herbs, salt, pepper and any spices to taste.

2. Add the onion to the minced meat, stir and send in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Then with wet hands form a small meatballs and fry them with one hand on a medium heat until golden.

3. Next, turn over, cover with a lid and fry for about 4 minutes -x. To prepare the sauce you need to fry the flour in a dry frying pan until golden, then add the butter, stir and put out 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the heat, pour in the cream, continuing to stir. When the mixture is smooth again, turn heat and cook the sauce for 5 minutes, season with salt to taste. When serving pour sauce meatballs.
