Chicken Gravy


Chicken breast — 1 pc.
Carrots — 1 pc.
Onions — 1 pc.
Boiled water — 1/2 cup
Cream (33%) — 3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l.
Flour — 1 tbsp. l.
Green — 1 bunch
Turmeric, paprika, black pepper, salt — to taste


Chicken breasts cut «cube» mean. Carrots grate. Onions cut into large semicircles. Passaged with vegetable oil chicken breast for 5 minutes. Add the onions and carrots, salt, spices and saute for another 5 minutes. Add water and mix. Simmer gravy to simmer for 20 minutes. Sift flour through a sieve, add to the gravy. Mix. Simmer 3 minutes. Add cream. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add greens and cover. Let stand for 20 minutes. Serve gravy Chicken hot as a separate dish, garnish with greens.
