CHICKEN BREASTS WITH ANANDAMIDIC:● chicken

CHICKEN BREAST WITH PINEAPPLE

INGREDIENTS:
● chicken breast
● canned pineapple (can use fresh pineapple)

● cheese
● sour cream
● mayonnaise

PREPARATION:
1. Breast repel, salt and pepper on both sides. Spread on greased with olive oil a baking sheet. On each breast put on a few slices of pineapple.
2. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, mix with mayonnaise and sour cream and this mass cover each breast, so as not to be seen pineapples.
3. Bake in the oven at 180C for 40 to 60 minutes. Breast is ready when the upper crust flushed.Perfect paired with such side dishes as rice, couscous and mashed potatoes.
